You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability of candidates for the vacancy you are posting or the job you are applying for. It is recommended that you undertake a rigorous face to face interview, take steps to verify previous employment history and qualifications, take up character and work references, undertake a criminal records disclosure check and other actions you consider necessary to confirm the integrity of a candidate or the person you are applying to for a job (as the case may be).

You also agree that age, gender or ethnicity data or any other such information provided by an applicant will not be used in any employment-related decision you make.

When using the Site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
We provide a web based matching service linking PAs to potential employers and enabling them to interactively manage their own recruitment or employment. The information contained on the Site does not represent any statement by Ruils as to the suitability or otherwise of the PA employer or the PA. Nor does Ruils accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the quality, suitability or timeliness of the PA work. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the PA employer or PA, their terms and conditions of employment or the outcome of their work are appropriate and meet your requirements.
Although this service is currently free to PAs, we reserve the right to charge a subscription fee at any time and will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any change in subscription fees before implementing any change.

We may immediately terminate your membership and use of the Site and services without warning if you breach any of these terms of use, if we receive any complaint about your conduct, or if you act in a manner deemed by us to be inappropriate. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, upon receipt by us which will become effective by emailing a notice of termination to info@ruils.co.uk.

We may deactivate the accounts of those individuals who have not logged into the Site and/or used the services for a period of 3 months or more (as calculated by the date of last connection to the Site). Deactivated accounts can be reactivated on request to info@ruils.co.uk

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights contained in the Site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by laws and treaties relating to intellectual property rights around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

The Ruils name and logo are trademarks of Ruils. The names, images and logos identifying Ruils or third parties and their products and services are the proprietary marks of Ruils and/or third parties as appropriate. Ruils is a local charity that supports children and adults with disabilities and the elderly to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full. We provide information, advice, befriending and activities to our clients and their families.
