Ruils is a user-led charity based in the Richmond Borough. We work with adults and children with disabilities, the elderly and people with long term health and mental health conditions; supporting them to stay independent and connected to their community.

Our Direct Payments Support Service offers information and advice to keep you living independently and help set up care arrangements, including employing Personal Care Assistants directly. Whether you are a Direct Payments client or you fund your own care, we can support you through the recruitment process and assist you to set up and manage your budget.
