Disability Action Haringey can support you to arrange and manage a Direct Payment (DP) and this site can put you in touch with local people you might want to employ as a Personal (care) Assistant (PA).

Our Independent Living Adviser can also assist you in connecting with other Direct Payment holders to receive or / and to give peer support regarding Direct Payment advice from / with people who are Direct Payment holders and have lived experience of using DPs.

Our Project Support Coordinator is also holding monthly online tea sessions for PAs; if you would like to join these sessions feel free to contact her.
